It comes in a black box with a blue bow on the lid. It also has the company's name imprinted on the bottom right corner. When you open it up the necklace is laying on a black piece to protect it from sliding around and getting tangled up. The necklace pendant is 19.2 mm. It is a very nice size. Not to small at all. It is on a box chain and i must say out of all the chains this is the best. Box chains are a lot more sturdy. It does have a spring clasp and a way to make it looser or snug. The chain is 18' long. This is a double heart feature necklace it has on the top left corner of the one heart engraved I Love You. Then down the bottom is cubic zirconia. Then the small heart has a big stone and more little ones down the side. This necklace sparkles so much when light hits it. It is down right amazing.
