I got this heating pad because lately i have been suffering with a sore shoulder. What i love about this heating pad is you can use it hot or cold.
This is a two sided pack. One side has a soft fleece and the other is cotton. You can add your favorite essential oils to the fleece side. This heating pack weighs about 2.5 lbs. Inside is filled with regular white rice. It hold the temperature for 15-20 mins Now I love to use this pack cold but you can use it hot to. To use it hot stick it in your microwave for no more than a minute. Then pull it out and enjoy. Now me personally i use this in the freezer. I put them in the bags it comes in right in the freezer. I leave it in there till i am ready to use it. I will say i love using theses as ice packs over the actually plastic ice pack. This heating pack is great for sore muscles.

I have been wanting something to put in the bath to read the water temperature. I Wanted something that would also be fun for the little one to play with. After I came across this duck i knew i had to have it.
This duck is amazing. It does come with batteries all ready inside i did take those out and put in name brand batteries. To get to the batteries just remove the screws on the bottom of the duck and it will then expose them. This duck will tell you if the water is cold, just right or to hot. If it's blue means it's to cold will also show the temp. If it's green means it's just right and well common sense if it's red means it's to hot. This duck is great if you have kids or are watching kids. You can fully submerge this duck into the water i also love how it has a lcd screen to display the temperature.

I love to cook and let's face it am very picky about pans i use. I hate when they are not non-stick or pfoa free.
I have been wanting a wok for a couple of years now. I finally found one i really like. I have several other pans by this company and have been truly happy with them. They last a long time. I always season any pan i buy to make sure it will never stick over the years. If you want to do that you can learn it anywhere but to cut it short what i do is is spray the pan or use a oil. Bring the pan to a medium heat. Once you see that your oil is getting hot and starting to bubble. Wipe the pan with a paper towel to spread the oil all around. Reduce the heat to medium/low add your oil and wait for it to get hot. You can then add your food to your hot oil and beginning cooking. When your done cooking just simply wipe it out with a paper towel. This will help keep your food from sticking. I really love this pan i have used it a couple of times for stir fry.

When using this scale you need to make sure it's on a hard flat surface. Need to make sure it's on zero before stepping on it. This scale gives you your weight and also bone and muscle and what i love the most is the water intake. I mean this will tell you if you are drinking enough. This scale is great for kids because let's face it kids never want to stand still so this has where if they wiggle it wont hurt the reading.
