I love this set. It has a eye mask, shoulder and neck pad and even a lower back one. You can put theses on and still be able to move. The shoulder and lower back close by velcro. Theses are great for enjoying if you have had a hard day and need to relax. Also great for sore muscles. You can use theses for hot or cold therapy. Since i live in florida i have been using them in the freezer which is amazing.
Keep them in the bag to keep the essential oils and inside. Once you pull it out you are able to enjoy it for several hours before needing to put it back. This is a great set to own.
