When i saw this i thought this is a perfect heat pack for when it's that awful time of the month. I know there are times where i am sleeping with the heating pad just to help ease the pain.


This heat pack i thought would be a lot better so i don't have to worry about the cord. I got this in the red flowers.  To use this as a heat therapy just take it out of the packaging and put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. I was able to use this while i slept and i woke up and was fine. You could also use this for cold therapy but i find this is the perfect shape to put on your abdomen.
