Chef Proven Lemon Zester

I received this product for free for in exchange for a honest review.  First off it comes in a plain brown envelope with bubble wrap inside and was surprised on how fast i got it.  Your product comes inside a plastic baggie. The lemon zester has a nice big black nonslip rubber handle which fits in my hand perfectly. The zester has a plastic blade cover on the blade so you don't cut yourself. The blade on this zester is made of high grade stainless steel.  The one thing i love about this product is you can grate more than one item such as cheese,citrus and spices.


I love how easy it is to use this one compared to some of the other graters i have used. No more cuts on my knuckles.  I recommend when you are done with it rinse it immediately in warm water. Then carefully remove trap pieces from the non-sharp side. I first soaked this zester in warm water and then i used a old tooth brush i use to clean my other grater to remove stubborn pieces. Make sure you use the brush in the same direction as the zesters teeth. When done let air dry or if you want this zester is dishwasher safe. When storing it away put the plastic blade cover back on it. I would suggest this to anyone who loves to cook.
