I am so happy i am able to give my 100% honest feedback on this product. I don't know about you guys but i am always a little worried about trying new weight loss products. But i took the dive right in and thought why not. So with that being said let's jump right into this review.

Which products i got was cleanse capsules, burn capsules, and last but not least the muscle mix i got it in the flavor chocolate.  Ok so for 7 days i tried this product along with working out on the treadmill and lifting weights.  With that being said i will give you the 7 day layout.

When you wake up you take 2 burn capsules with 1 cup of water or you can have hot tea no sugar though.

Then Breakfast time you have muscle mix shake combine with 8oz of skim or low sugar almond milk with 3tbsp of the muscle mix. for milk shake consistency combine 6oz of milk 4-6 ice cubes 3tbsp of muscle mix and blend for 20 seconds.

10am 1 cup of kashi go lean (not crunch) or fiber one (1 gram of sugar per serving) dry cereal. 2-3 stalks of celery plus 2 cups of ice water.

Lunch salad with unlimited non-starch veggies + 2tbsp light balsamic dressing. 6oz lean meat (turkey,chicken,lean ground beef) or fish (hailbut, mahi mahi, salmon, tuna, ect.) plus 1 cup of caffeine free ice tea (no sugar)

2/2:30 pm 1 burn capsule with 16oz of ice cold water

3pm 1 cup of any berries + 2 tbsp of light cool whip. plus 1 cup of ice water

6/7 pm 6oz of lean meat or fish. 2 cups of steamed veggies plus 1 cup of decaf green tea or tko tea weight loss tea

15/30 mins before bed 1 cleanse capsule with 1 cup water.

With that meal plan and work outs you can loose 5-10 lbs. My results were mind blowing i only lost 5lbs but heck ill take it. The muscle mix i got in chocolate and omg it tasted like i was drinking hot coco. which was amazing to me because i have tried other shakes and couldn't handle them.

When cooking my chicken or fish i would lightly season it with mrs. dash to help give it a flavor i was use to.
