Inside this package is a mesh bag that holds the bands also has a paper that has important information along with how to use them. Inside the bag is three bands a black one, yellow and blue. The blue is medium is loose and a lot easier to use. The yellow is light i would say this one is for beginners it is super loose not much to it.  I would say if you are going to use theses types of bands for the first time start off with yellow and move forward with the colors. Moving on the black is heavy this is for more advance users it's a lot more thicker and harder to use. 

You can use theses bands for your legs,knee's, even your arms. When i first got theses i was all excited to help my hip and knee heck even my arms. I used the yellow band for 3-5 times stretching as a warm up. Once i felt i was ready i really got into working out with them i did it for about 5 minutes. That gave me 12 reps of it.  Once i was done i rested for 30-60 seconds then i moved on to the next band. I kept doing this till i got to the black but to be honest the black was a little to hard for me.

Are you like me who hates having your tooth brush just thrown in a bag? Not knowing what is on it and then knowing it has to go in your mouth? Well no more worrying this amazing product will solve all those issues. When traveling you can put your tooth brush in this container and it will sanitized it.

This container comes in a very nice box with lots of information on it. Inside it is wrapped in bubble wrap. I took it out and read the manual. It says to pop in two AA's batteries which is what i did then replaced the battery cap. The light came on right away. I put my tooth brush in and closed the case while it's close it runs a 6 minute sanitized cycle. Once the light goes out you can use your tooth brush. I did get this for free for a honest review but even if i didn't i would still buy it. 

This case is recommended by dentists to help prevent infectious diseases. This case kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, molds and yeast. If you have a manual or electric tooth brush it will still work. It sanitizes by a uv light. When reading the manual i came across when the bulb burns out you can not replace it. That was a little bit of a bummer for me but it's okay if you take care of it you should be okay.  To clean the case remove tooth brush and use a warm cloth to clean it never place it under water. Never fill it with water or liquid or any chemicals of any kind unless you want to ruin it. I really love this and think everyone who travels should own one. Do you own chalk boards at home and sometimes hate the way your hand writing looks with big bulky chalk or heck even the small ones. Well i am here to tell you about the liquid chalk markers to solve those issues.



Theses markers come in a really nice box and inside it has a silicone holder that holds the 8 color markers. They are super bright and fun colored the color i got was blue,green, yellow, red, white, purple, pink and orange. The holder was a green silicone. It does come in other colors but that is the one i got.  One thing i really love about theses markers other them being liquid and i am able to write better but they offer a dual tip you can either have the bullet or chisel tip. to change the tip is really easy you just pull it out and turn it upside down to change how cool is this.


No more mess on your hands from the chalk no more not being able to read what you write. I am love with theses markers so much. I did get theses for free for a honest review. How to get them started first push the tip and hold the marker with tip up vertically press tip slightly to release pressure. Then shake the marker with cap on in the upright position. Then remove the cap and press the tip for a few seconds until the tip fills up with ink. The cover on this wedge does come off to make it easy to wash.



I was so happy to get this product because we take long road trips and i am always moving because i am in pain for sitting to long. So i put this in the car and when we went to see family which they are 2 1/2 hours away i was able to sit in one position the entire time. No moving or readjusting which i was super happy with. Luxury 500 Thread Cotton Sheets, Queen

I am super happy with theses sheets. They come in a clear plastic container. You can either use it to restore the sheets in or you can use it for something else. I like to use them to restore the sheets in it. Yes they may not look as pretty as they come but it helps keep my closet organized.




When first getting theses sheets i take them out and wash them in cold water and tumble dry to prevent them from shrinking.  Theses sheets are made of 100% cotton and have deep pockets to fit up to a 16" mattress. Theses are queen size sheets and they fit really nice. I really love the deep pockets because with other sheets my husband toss and turns in the night and always manages to pull the sheet off several times. I don't know about you guys but i don't like having to put the sheets on several times once is enough.  I was very pleased with theses sheets not only are they soft and comfortable to sleep on they did not make me hot like some sheets do.

There was no manual i mean doesn't look to hard to use but i am always a sucker for reading i like to make sure i am doing everything right. Comfy Cush Back Pain Seat Cushion - Orthopedic Memory Foam For Sciatica Relief

When i saw this i had to have it. I was in a bad car accident and i was hurt bad i have several bulging discs along with a slip disc. Also I have hip issues now I had to have hip surgery. Sad because  i am so young and i feel horrible i was living each day off of pain med's finally i broke myself and only take them when i cant stand it. Well being a photographer i sit at the computer for long periods of time editing. When i do this my back and hip kill me. To the point most nights i am in tears.


So moving on i was tickled when this company let me have the opportunity to review their product.  First off let me say how much i am in love with it. I have noticed so much of a difference.  This cushion is made of orthopedic memory foam and it molds to my butt and helps ease the pain.  I have tried pillows and other foam cushions but none gave me relief. I am so happy with this cushion i am pain free i am blown away.



This cushion helps relive hip pain and pelvic pressure when sitting all day. I love how i am able to travel with it doesn't take up much space at all. One thing i really love and thought was a super nice feature is the cover is removable and washable.  You can use this cushion in the car at your computer or even if you are in a wheel chair. I highly recommend this cushion for anyone who is in any sort of pain it has been a life changer for me.

I really love being out doors whether it's camping or just hanging out with friends or even family. I got the most amazing camp light you will ever own.



It comes in a brown box that you can store your lantern in while you are not using it. The model number is TT_CL003. As you guys know i always read the manual first before touching the lantern. While i was reading it i noticed a lot of stuff but the manual comes in three languages English, German and Japanese.  This lantern has a very bright light i was rather impressed with it. It is powered by 3 D batteries which is not included. But it can last up to 30 hours how cool is that. It also has a led indicator flash after it powers off. Making it easy to find it in the dark.  You can stand it up or hang it on anything.



To insert the batteries turn the lantern upside down and push down and twist. Once cap is off insert the batteries. I did notice it is a bit tricky to get the battery cap back on don't get frustrated It takes some time to line it up. You have to push it in and twist until it snaps back. I wont lie it took me several times until i got it. Hopefully the more i do it i can get in on the first time. Other than that there is a black button which turns it on and off.  I really like how easy it is to twist to get to the light to change the bulb if it ever blows. Only down fall i would say with this lantern is the struggle with the battery part.

I don't know about you guys but i love Shea butter. I mean how could you not Shea butter does amazing things for your skin. I was able to get a amazing deal on a 1 lb tub. Let me tell you about this stuff.



It comes in a white clear tub with a white label on the lid. I got it in ivory but it also comes in yellow. This is 100% Shea butter and it is organic. I have noticed a big difference between organic and non organic. The organic one has a long lasting hydration and gets deep into your skin. You can use Shea butter for all kinds of things such as dry skin, minor burns, and eczema. It does not clog your pores like a lot of other lotions i have used. Amazing feature i love and i know if you love lotion you will love this to it does leave your skin greasy huge plus for me.


Did you know you can also use Shea butter for dark spots and blemishes. I use it a lot for stretch marks to help fade them and make them go away. It is my number one thing to go to.  When i opened the tub i did notice it was not as liquid as you would get out of a bottle but its still not bad. It also did have a mild funky odor but i really think it's from the plastic container It did not bother me. I received this product for free in exchange for a honest review so that is what i am going to give you. I have heard so many wonderful things about this product. Let me tell you about it.

First off the packaging is very simple but super nice. It comes in a white bottle with a green and white label and a twist off top. There is 30 pills inside this bottle. It is 100% vegetarian, lactose free and gluten free. So those who have issues with the stuff i mentioned should be okay with taking this. It has a ton of information on the bottle such as. Supplement facts i don't know about you guys but i always want to know this stuff before using any kind of pill. This pill does have kiwi fruit extract 250 mg and prebiotic frutooligoasccharides (fos) 25 mg. 

For those who are like what does this pill do let me tell you about it. I have been wanting to try this for a while but a couple of thoughts in the back of my head like well maybe i don't need it. So finally i got to try this amazing product and i was in love. It will relieve your digest system and will help improve your mood and also your energy levels. It will also help you loose weight. 

I have been taking this for three days now and i can all ready tell you how much of a change it has been. I don't feel as bloated as i use to. There is two ways to take this pill. One is a daily maintenance is what i do. It is 1 tablet once per a day with or without food. I take mine with food as my stomach goes wonky with pills on a empty stomach always have so i figured i wouldn't test it just not yet. There is also the intense repair which you would take 3 pills once per a day. The intense says that you would take it after a course of antibiotics. When i got theses i took them out of the package and washed them by hand and put them in the dish rack to dry. Betta Bridges Pets Liquid Glucosamine For Dogs

My poor chihuahua who is 5 years old hurt her leg so bad that we took her to the vet and found out she tore her ACL is the best way most people understand it but in dog turns it's the canine cruciate ligament. She was given pain medicine and was told to keep her off her leg for 8 weeks. They wanted us to have her seen by a specialist and have the surgery done. After speaking with the specialist it just was not in our budget. Before anyone jumps down my throat we love our dog to death but sadly we just could not blow that kind of money. So my husband an i did ton of research and found out we could get her a brace made to help her. So that is what we did. I started giving her the glucosamine in pill form.  Well she hated it would not take it on her own. We tried everything from cheese to the doggie pill pockets. Nothing was working she would always eat around it and leave the pill. So i finally was doing peanut butter for about 3 months and it was working till finally she caught on and that was a no go anymore. 

Moving on to me having to shove this pill down her throat i hated doing it but she needed it. So when i was asked to review this product i was all over it. Let me tell you what she has been using it for a week now and she is back to acting like normal with her brace and all. I was so happy there is no more issues of her fighting me to take it. First off when using this product give the right dose once per a day depending on your dogs weight. Shake it well before each dose. My dog gets a 1/4 tea spoon size serving and i add it right to her food or you can even add to the water. With this one once you open it you must put it in the fridge to keep it good. it comes in a 8oz bottle with a screen off lid.  It has all kinds of good ingredients in it such as Honey, Coconut oil, Vitamin C, and much more. First off when i got them i took them out of the zipper clear pouch they came in. I put them in my washing machine and washed them in cold water and tumbled them dry. I do this with all my sheets as i don't want them to shrink. You can keep the packaging to store your sheets in or you can use it for something else just depends on you. Theses sheets are 100% microfiber and they fit up to a 14" mattress. They are wrinkle free and hypoallergenic which i love in sheets. Theses sheets also have the deep pockets which makes it easier to put on the bed over the corners where it wont slip off.



I got theses in olive green what it looks like to me the color is just beautiful. I really enjoyed theses sheets. They were super soft and very comfortable to sleep on. I did not toss or turn all night like i do on other sheets which is very good. Since i have a bad back i tend to not always get the right amount of sleep. With theses sheets i was comfortable where i slept all night kept me cool all night.  I did receive theses for a review and i am so happy i did.

Luxury 1000 Thread 100% Cotton Sheets

I am super happy with theses sheets. They come in a zipper clear package which is great for storing them in when you are not using them. Or you could use the packaging for something else if you wanted to. They are 1000 thread count and are also 100% cotton. They come in several different colors.


When i got theses i took them out of the package and washed them that night. I wash all my sheets in cold water and tumble dry them to keep them from shrinking. I got them in brown and they fit up to 18" mattress. They are so soft and silky we love them. No more tossing and turning we have a nice sleep. Another amazing thing i love about theses sheets is when you get into bed they are cold and feel great to fall asleep on. Not once did i get over heated while using theses sheets. I know with most sheets you buy in the store they have a funky odor to them theses did not i was super happy about that.


Theses are king sized sheets and they have deep pockets which means it fits over the corners nicely without having to stretch and pry like most sheets. With our bed i have a pillow top with a memory foam pad and a mattress proctor and there was no struggle at all to put theses on the bed. I did get theses for a review and so happy i was chosen to review them i love the sheets so much. Balance Bath Pillow

How many of you ladies and gentlemen like to take baths? If you answered yes then this product will be perfect for you. I am reviewing a bath pillow i was given this chance for a honest review. I don't know about you guys but i like to go in the tub and relax and well sometimes i cant because something is missing that would be a pillow. Now that i got this pillow i plan to put it to the good use.


This bath pillow is a 2 section pillow designed to fit in any tub and anywhere you want in the tub. It has extra  foam for support and comfort. Let me tell you what i love this pillow so much i have caught myself falling asleep. It has 7 suction cups to stick to the tub.  This pillow has a vinyl cover which will help keep odors away and will be easy to clean.


I noticed when i fill the tub and get in this is not cold on my skin it feels warm to the touch i don't know if it's the water warming it up or a neat little trick with this pillow. It does feel amazing. Amazing thing about this pillow you can even use it inside a Jacuzzi.


To apply this to your tub add a little water to the inside of the suction cups. and then it will create a tighter seal. To remove it from the tub gently slide your fingernail under the suction cups to break the seal. To clean it is super easy all you have to do is wipe it down with rubbing alcohol or warm soapy water. Once you get it clean from dirt and oils just simply wipe it clean.

Easy@Home 10 Ovulation Tests Plus 2 early Pregnancy

I received theses for free for in exchange for a honest review which is what i am going to give you. I was so tickled pink when getting the chance to review theses. My husband and I are trying for a baby and sadly it has not been working out the way we want.  So let me jump right into this review.



First off it comes in a gorgeous box on the front says Ovulation test kit. Near the bottom it says 10 ovulation test and 2 pregnancy test. I really love how this gives you two pregnancy tests. On the side It says how to use it for those who don't know let me go into that. For this test you can do it two ways. First way is you will  want to pee into a sanitized cup. Then dip the absorbent tip into it and hold it for 3 seconds. Or you can simply hold it while you pee for 10 seconds but make sure to get enough urine on it. Then you would wait 5 minutes.


The test will begin to work. Once it's done you will see 2 dark lines means you have a LH surge. Only one line or two but one is faded means no LH surge.


When i used theses i tracked my ovulation cycle to the dot. Then tested each morning I got 2 good days that I had a strong line so we baby danced both nights. Moving on the pregnancy test is pretty easy to use also you would do the same steps as i mentioned above. You will wait 3 minutes this time if you are pregnant it will have two lines if you are not it will only have one line in the control window.


I did use 4 ovulation tests but only had two say i was ovulating. Since i have irregular periods my period is never on time so i figure when it was three weeks i would test so  I did use the pregnancy test but came back negative. So we will try again next month with the remaining tests. I really do like theses they are light weight and very nice to use. The packaging was another super cute thing to me. When i got this car shade i was all over it because it was a jumbo i hate having to use the cheap car shades that just don't last to the evil sun in florida. So when i was asked to review this i said of course.

This shade pops open to be 150 x 80 cm or 59 x 39 inches. The outside of this shade is wire but covered so don't worry. It folds down into a small circle and will fit inside your car under the visor or even between the chair without taking up much space at all. It comes in in a very nice pouch to store it in to keep it safe while not using it. It is made out of metallic polyester (nylon). It blocks up to 99% of the uv rays of the sun. 

When putting this up in your car you will no longer have to deal with your hands being on fire from the steering wheel being hot or even better no more hot seats or your car feeling like its been sitting in a sauna.  I am very happy with this shade and i would recommend it to anyone i know who has a car. It has kept my car cool and is super easy to put up and take down. How many of you have got shades and have fought to get them back down into the super small circle pouch it comes in? Well let me tell you this one is simple and there is no fighting with it at all.
