First off the packaging is very simple but super nice. It comes in a white bottle with a green and white label and a twist off top. There is 30 pills inside this bottle It is 100% vegetarian, lactose free and gluten free. So those who have issues with stuff i mention should be OK taking this. It has a ton of information on the bottle such as. Supplement facts i don't know about you guys but i always want to know this stuff before using any kind of pill. It has kiwi fruit extract 250 mg and prebiotic fructooligoasccharides (fos) 25 mg.

I have been taking this for three days now and i can all ready tell how much of a difference this has done for my body. I don't feel as bloated as i normally do.
