It comes in a white box with the picture of the product on it. Inside the box was the base 3 different metal pieces to attach to it and the manual. I didn't need the manual as it's pretty simple to know how this works. What i really like about this product is that it leaves no marks on the car vent at all. It fits nicely. It's strong enough to hold any smart phone. He has the samsung galaxy s5 in a otter box. We took his otter box off and just slipped a metal piece inside his case. Then put it back on even through the otter box it grabbed and stayed. I was shocked i didn't think it would because those cases are thicker. It held his phone and even turning it upside down and shaking it. It didn't fall. This base is small enough if you want to carry it with you it fits very well in my purse and in his pocket. I think a lot of people would enjoy this you get to put your phone where you can see it. It does come with two magnets that you can stick to the outside of your case if you wanted to or even your phone but we didn't want that. He really likes this mount that he can use it for his gps and instead of looking down it's at eye sight. It does have a 360 swivel so you can turn it to face any direction you like.
