This is a digital wireless meat thermometer. It has two switchable presets to cook in c or f. It has a stainless steel probe and the wire on the probe is heat resistant. It has alarms for when your meat reaches temperature you want. This is a really nice thermometer it's light weight and has a clip on the back so if you are doing something you can wear the thermometer to hear the alarm.
