I love theses microwave heat packs. You can use them for all kinds of stuff.
Lately i have been sticking mine in the freezer in the bag they come in. Then when i get home from the gym or just having a sore day i pull them out. This one is great to use on the couch. You can use it for your back, neck,shoulders, and even your legs. This is made very well the stitching is done very good. You can also use this for heat therapy if you want to do that you would stick it in the microwave for about a minute. then when done apply to where ever. This has been a life saver for me.
