My husband really wanted this set. He says after the gym he wants to put ice all over his body. This is so worth the money.
This set is made very well. It has essential oils inside to help sooth sore muscles. You can use this for hot or cold therapy. He uses it for cold. I store them in the freezer in a zip lock bag. When he is ready to use them he takes them out of the bag and puts it where he needs it. His favorite out of this set is the back and shoulder pad. This would also be a great set to use for heat therapy. He loves how when laying on it doesn't melt. The back pad does have a velcro strap so you can wear it without holding it. It does have a little bit of wait to it. If you plan to use this in the microwave i wouldn't go anymore than a minute and a half.
