iRULU eXpro X1 7 Inch Google Android 4.4 Tablet, GMS Certified by Google, Quad Core, 1024*600 Resolution, 8GB Nand Flash (Pink)

Tablets are the hit trend even more with kids. They are great to keep them quite on car rides or even make them feel special while you play on your tablet.

This tablet is 7" and is a big difference than my 10". It is tiny that is why i say it's great for kids.  This pink tablet runs on an android platform.  When you first get it you will need to charge it. It does come with the USB cord to do so. You will need a USB outlet or charge it via computer.  The first charge took about 2 1/2 hours. Once it was charged i turned it on. It walks you through the steps of how to set it up.  Didn't take long. You will need to use a gmail account if you want to download apps. Once it was set up i started download apps on it. I put several games and a movie. The screen and sound quality seems to be very good. I did notice that playing on this tablet for about an hour took a big hit on the battery. I think this is normal since the tablet is a long smaller than the one i normally use.  After using this tablet for two days i all ready had to charge it again. I was hoping the battery life span on it would be a little better.  One thing i did like about this tablet other than the color is it's light weight.

I did get this for free in exchange for a unbiased review.
