When i got it. It was packaged in a plastic bag and inside had a hair band i didn't even read to notice it came with one. This hair band is black and it's one of the ouchless ones. The tank top is in a very pretty blue. It does come in several different colors. It also comes in 3 different sizes small, medium and large. I got it in large to make sure it would fit. This tank top is 100% cotton and fits perfectly. You can wear it for normal use or it would also make a great gym tank top.
