Woodi high quality pineapple slicer/ corer

My husband and I love fresh pineapple. But i never knew how to get the fruit out. I have been looking into one of theses for a while. I finally broke down and got one.



Once you get this i took it out of the box and washed. I don't like to use anything unless i know it's 100% clean.  It's made out of stainless steel.  I was worried at first to use this so i made my husband do it. He cut the top off the pineapple and then stuck the slicer/corer in and pushed down. I would suggest when using this to do it on a cutting board that will catch the extra juice. We did save the juice to add it to our water.  This is a great kitchen tool to have.
