When you get theses wraps they are in a very pretty box and it is sealed with plastic wrap. Remove that then inside the box is two big ace bandages and eight packages of the clay. This wrap is way different than others out there. To use this simply wash and dry the are you want to use the treatment. Then open a bandage. Place that in a bowl make sure to take the clips and put them off to the side. Then you will pour boiled water on the bandages to soak them. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes. Then you will open one of the envelopes the applicator powder. Pour that into a separate bowl and then add 15 ml of warm water. Stir the powder and water until a smooth and thick clay forms. Then you will apply a thin layer of the clay to area. I used a brush to spread this it made it so much easier. Gently wring out the bandages you want to make sure it's not soaked just damp. Place the bandage firmly on top of the area you applied the clay. Make sure to not over tighten the bandage. Keep the treated area warm you will get better results. You can apply warm and moist towels over the bandages then use plastic wrap to hold it into place. You will wear this clay for a minimum of 60 minutes. For first time users wear it for 45 minutes to test your skin. Make sure you wont have any issues. When you are done unwrap and take the bandages off and wipe the remaining clay off the skin with warm water. You will need to wash the bandages in a warm cycle in the washing machine. Make sure you put them in some kind of bag so they don't get stuck. You will need to use low to medium heat when drying. I just hung my to dry to prevent them from shrinking. You will need to use this wrap once a week for about 6 weeks to see results. Than you can use it once a month. I really enjoyed this wrap it was the first one my skin had no issues to which is a huge plus for me. I have seen small improvements. Cant wait to see how much more it does.
