It did take a little while to get to me but that was okay i was in no hurry. Once i finally got it it was wrapped in plastic. I took it out and it was super soft and it closes by velcro. It is a super cute cupcake. This would be super cute for a little kid or baby. It is super easy to wash just put it in the washing machine. I did get this for a discounted rate.
