Sensacare Hot & Cold Natural Therapy Knee and Elbow Pack, Blue, 1.4 Pound

I have a friend who just had knee surgery.  The doctor told him he would have to ice it 3-4 times a week.


I saw this and thought he could really get some use out of this.  This comes in two colors purple and blue.   It weighs about 1.4 lbs and you can use this for knee's or elbows. It has a long velcro strap  to attach it to keep it closed and to stay in place.   You can use this for hot therapy or cold. If you stick it in the freezer i would suggest sticking it in a bag to help keep the aroma therapy strong.  He said if you use it for hot therapy. Stick it in the microwave for a minute. Nothing more.  I know he said he didn't care for it hot he likes it better for ice. He said he keeps it stored in the freezer and when he needs it he pulls it out and uses it.
