It does take a little while to get to you but i wasn't in a rush. Once i got it i took it out of the box and first thing i did was look over the manual . This purifier is amazing. Not only does it have two filters. But you can also add your favorite oils to the one. The tray on the back of this machine pulls out and that is where you put your oils. On the bottom you push it up and it pops open inside is another filter wrapped in plastic. Take the plastic off and put it back in. Then you can plug it in and it's ready to be used. The buttons on the top are touchable. So with a push of a button you can turn it on/off. The middle button controls the fan it has 3 speeds. I was in love with how quiet this fan is even on high. The other button is the ionizer. This is amazing for the price it is. My friend who smokes in her one room wants to get one to remove the smoke smell.
