This upper body wrap is great for neck aches or tension headaches.
This does come in two colors blue and purple. I got this in blue and it closes with two piece of velcro so you can walk away without having to worry about this falling off. This has several different essential oils along with rice. The oils that are in this are chamomile, cinnamon, lemongrass, rosemary, spearmint, peppermint, white willow and a couple others. Theses scents all blend together and when using this for cold therapy the scents help ease my sore muscles. You could also use this for heat therapy. How to do that you would simply put it in the microwave for a couple minuets. Me personally i love it for cold therapy that seems to work a lot better for me. This would be great to use after working out to.
