This spine wrap has been a huge life saver. As soon as i got it i took it out and stuck it in my freezer. I would say keep this in a zip lock tight bag to keep the aroma stronger. I really enjoy this for cold therapy. You can also use this for heat therapy. If you want to use it for heat therapy you can put it in the microwave for a minute. This one does come in two colors purple and blue. I did get this in purple. It does have some weight behind it but between the rice and the aroma it's amazing.
