First let me start off by saying this is an amazing brush. And the customer service is amazing. This brush comes in a very nice box and is protected very well.



Inside the box was the following

1 brush machine
1 base and charger
1 bag
1 extra brush
and manual.



Okay first thing i did was took the base out went to my bathroom and set it up and plugged it in. Then i put the brush on the base to charge. This only took a couple of hours to fully charge.  This brush is the best i have owned in a while. It really gets into your pores and gets all the makeup out.  You can use any soap you want on it.  There is a button on the front if you press it and play with it you can change the speeds.  When you want to take the brush heads off to clean or change out they pop right off no issues.  The brush heads the bristles are super soft i was worried that they would scratch my face and they don't.  When using this just make sure to wet the brush head before applying soap to it. Along with wetting your face.
