We love going to the beach with friends but i hate using towels because it never fails sand gets all over it and then by that point why bother laying on it. We have been doing the trick we saw online with the sheet but sometimes that gets to be a pain.
This towel is perfect. It's big enough to fit two people on it. I love how this blanket fits inside a little drawstring bag. Inside the bag was the blank and little anchors. I was a little worried that it was going to be a pain to get theses into the sand to stay but we had no issues at all. If you don't like the beach you could use this blanket for the park two. On the side of this blanket is little pockets that if you didn't want to anchor it you could fill will sand to keep from blowing around. One thing we did notice this has a quick drying time. This is a great blanket to have especially if you have kids.
